Still fresh with a hint of minerality, this wine undergoes 18 hours of skin maceration for a richer taste and a golden color.
It is grown on sandy soils, which are more typical for red wines, but the vineyard's location in a valley ensures an ample supply of water and minerals from rainfall and irrigation.

This Bugava is exceptionally fresh and mineraldriven, with a strong aromatic presence. Grown in Dračevo Polje on soil better suited for white wines, it offers vibrant notes of citrus and ripe fruit, with a unique honeyed finish that makes it truly special. It pairs well with foods similar to Bugava Zoborje 2023.
In 2023, it was awarded the title of Best Young Wine in Dalmatia at the Sabatina wine competition.

Kuć is a traditional wine variety with deep roots in the Dalmatian region, known for its adaptability to the local terroir and its long-standing presence in Croatian winemaking. Historically, it has been appreciated for its light, approachable character, often making it a versatile choice for pairing with various dishes.
This particular Kuć is less fresh, giving it a slightly sweeter impression compared to Bugava Zoborje 2023. Without maceration, it has a lighter profile in both taste and color. Plavac Mali is one of the oldest and most celebrated grape varieties in Dalmatia, traditionally used to produce bold and robust wines. Its lineage traces back to indigenous Croatian grapes, and it thrives in the sun-drenched coastal regions, producing wines that are deeply connected to the local terroir.
Our Plavac is particularly heavy and full-bodied, with an intense, dry taste due to its high tannin content and 15.3% alcohol. A few months of aging in oak barrels lend it subtle notes of wood. This is a very elegant and charismatic wine, truly exceptional in character. It pairs best with red meats, cheeses, and hearty stews.
